How do I care for my Soirée Miami Beach garments?

To maintain the beauty of this garment, do not machine wash or tumble dry. Please be cautious with the use of makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotions, oils and perfumes, as they may damage or stain the fabric. 

Pilling may occur after frequent wear due to the delicate fibers in the material. 

Where is everything made?

Our swimsuits and apparel are all made here in Miami Beach.


How do I check my order status?

We will notify you via email when your order has been received and when it has shipped from our facility.

Can I change my order after it’s been made?

To change or cancel an order, please email info@soireemiamibeach.com right away as we are committed to shipping your order out in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee changes can be made. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change or cancel your order. 

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

If you are unhappy with your order, we will happily refund or exchange your order as long as your garments are in the same condition that you received them in. Exchanges and returns are only applicable within 14 days of receiving your package. Garments must be new, unworn, unwashed, not damaged, with tags and hygiene liners attached. Please contact us at info@soireemiamibeach.com and include your order number, the product you're looking to return and we will take it from there. 

*Refunds do not include shipping or insurance costs.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

In the case that you receive an item you did not order, please email us right away at info@soireemiamibeach.com, including your name, order number, and photos of the item you received. 


Where can I find my order’s tracking number?

Once your order has been placed, we will email you a confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email that your order is on its way to you with a tracking  number. 

What should I do if I’m notified that my package has been delivered but I have not received it?

Should this happen, please contact the carrier as soon as possible. Occasionally a package may be marked as delivered when it is still out for delivery. Soirée Miami Beach is not held responsible for packages lost in transit. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally. Currently, we are only shipping within the United States.
