Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order, we will happily offer a refund or exchange as long as your garments are in the same condition that you received them in. Exchanges and returns are only applicable within 14 days of receiving your package. Garments must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and hygiene liners attached.

We offer one free exchange per order. Any additional exchanges will incur an $8 restocking/processing fee.

A $8 restocking fee will be applied to all returns and deducted from the final refund amount.

Please contact us at info@soireemiamibeach.com and include your order number and the product you’re looking to return or exchange, and we will take it from there.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
